CitySearch Appoints Scott Morrow Executive Vice President of Product and Marketing

THUNDER FACTORY Selected as Agency of Record for Leading Local Search and Content Provider

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2006--Citysearch, the leading provider of local search services and trusted content, today announced the appointment of Scott Morrow as the company's Executive Vice President of Product and Marketing. The company also recently retained THUNDER FACTORY, an integrated marketing agency based in the San Francisco Bay Area, for brand development and public relations services.

Prior to joining Citysearch, Morrow worked more than five years for CNET Networks where he most recently served as Vice President, Marketing & Sales for the business unit. In that capacity he led a shift in business models that generated a 400 percent growth in revenue, while maintaining a 70 percent operating margin. Earlier, Morrow held executive marketing and sales positions at the Edison Schools division of Whittle Communications. Morrow has also launched several entrepreneurial ventures. Morrow holds a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
