Group Account Director


Hartley Leverages Her Expertise in Integrated Marketing to Serve
Blue-chip Clients in Broad Range of Industry Categories
 

SAN FRANCISCO, October 15, 2008 - THUNDER FACTORY, the fast-growing integrated marketing firm that specializes in using digital media and interactive marketing to deliver measurable results for clients, today announced the promotion of Terri Hartley to the position of Vice President, Group Account Director.  In her newly expanded role, Terri will be responsible for managing the agency's integrated marketing account staff and ensuring that the team continues to deliver the highest quality of work and service to clients.

Terri joined THUNDER FACTORY in March 2007, bringing to the firm significant experience in financial services, technology and consumer brand marketing.  Her deep marketing and account management expertise have strongly benefitted numerous THUNDER FACTORY clients, including the leading healthcare services company McKesson Corporation; the online financial services pioneer TD AMERITRADE; the e-discovery consulting leader Kiersted/Systems; and startups such as Omni ID, Quintel Technologies and REX & Co.

Prior to joining THUNDER FACTORY, Terri was chief marketing officer at XVIEW Technologies, where she was responsible for all marketing and corporate communications efforts, including partnership marketing, digital marketing, website development, trade show planning and implementation, search engine optimization, advertising, public relations and social media.
Previously, she was senior marketing manager at TD AMERITRADE, where she supervised the partner marketing department, driving new brokerage account acquisition and promoting client retention.

Terri graduated with honors from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Business Administration. She was a key member of her school's NCAA championship tournament basketball team and captain of the team in her senior year.

Terri currently resides in Houston, Texas, with her two daughters, ages
11 and 8.
