THUNDER FACTORY Announces Creative Team Promotions

Matt Goodson, Promoted to Executive Creative Director;
Tom Lucente Promoted to Creative Director;
Mike Zimmer Promoted to Senior Art Director

THUNDER FACTORY, the fast-growing integrated marketing firm specializing in digital media and blue chip brands, today announced the promotions of key creative team members. In their expanded roles, each of these creative leaders will make key contributions in driving THUNDER FACTORYís growth by developing breakthrough creative ideas and programs for the firmís growing national client base.

Matt Goodson joined THUNDER FACTORY in 2002, and has been instrumental in building the firm's creative capabilities and leading what has evolved into a world-class team. As Executive Creative Director, Matt will oversee the creative operations of the firm, while helping to drive strategic initiatives in digital media and new business. Prior to joining THUNDER FACTORY, Matt held senior creative and copywriting positions at the Salt Lake City Olympic Games, marchFIRST, Y&R Advertising and others.

Tom Lucente, who joined THUNDER FACTORY in 2003, will now step into the role of Creative Director. Tom currently leads the creative operations of THUNDER FACTORY's San Francisco office, and will now expand that role to include Los Angeles and New York City. He will report to Matt Goodson. Tom Joined THUNDER FACTORY after having worked for nearly 20 years in senior creative and copywriting positions at top 10 agencies such as FCB.

Mike Zimmer, who joined THUNDER FACTORY a year ago, is promoted to Senior Art Director. Reporting to Tom Lucente, Mike will continue to help set the highest creative standards for the firmís integrated marketing campaigns.
